I used Business Class to buy my tickets a few times and usually it was great. I just changed the itinerary for the ticket I had bought more recently and they were helpful. But, I had also requested a quote on a new ticket from KHI to *** but nobody got back to me. I was truly surprised. *********************

Just booked flights to Europe for fall 2024. The prices were substantially lower than I could get on my own even with using points to upgrade. Since this booking is for later I’ll update it then but so far communication and choices were excellent. We already have seat assignments made. Excellent communication and service.

Our assistant was Spartac and he was most helpful in pulling together flights for us for a trip to Germany in Summer 2024. We started with a chat and then he called us so we could complete the plans.
