I strongly say my agent, Terrence Lee is excellent! He understood my needs to find a better rate of airfare and a good airline. It’s my first time booking with Business Class and I am pleased with the service of my agent, Terrence Lee. He is very professional with his work and always prompt in responding my request. The agents are prompt with their replies and deliver very good service. They also have great rates with the major airlines. I can highly recommend them for airline tickets worldwide.I recently booked a very intricate ticket to Asia, which was handled promptly. I also just booked a ticket to ******* and I'm in the process of booking a multi-city ticket to Europe. It has been seamless so far.

I used BTG last year to Amsterdam and then Dublin Ireland it was amazing service.This week I got back on to the agent I used before Troy Alfred as I wanted to fly from Miami to Recife Brazil and then Seville Spain business class.He has the patience of a saint as I chopped and changed so many times but he was so patient understanding and wanted me to have the safest and quickest way as I am a senior that loves to travel alone .It's like he's from another era with old fashioned customer service .So now I am all booked up and r... read more

I used Business Class to buy my tickets a few times and usually it was great. I just changed the itinerary for the ticket I had bought more recently and they were helpful. But, I had also requested a quote on a new ticket from KHI to *** but nobody got back to me. I was truly surprised. *********************

Worked with Dash for a couple of hours to secure business class tickets at a great price, first time using this method of booking, I was highly pleased with his service and constant follow up letting me know of where we were in the process of obtaining tickets. Will definitely use again.
