I booked our flights for my husband and me, from LAX to Manila, from Mr Max Dawson. It was a long International flight with layover in Narita Japan. As Senior citizens, Max was prompt in reserving our wheel chairs on both flights and seats near the restrooms. He was very professional in responding to my emails and returning calls even on weekends. My salesman Tom Jarkowski was absolutely what I wanted in my request and purchase of air flight tickets. After a few calls with additional information requests I learned that if he did not answer he would call me back within a few minutes. In this age of being on hold for long periods on time this was very refreshing. His knowledge of putting the legs together for short layovers and timely flight parts was perfect.
