Business Class Travel provided excellent service when I first booked my flights to London. Most recently I was contacted by Michelle who advised of flight changes on our return flights. Michelle handled seat assignments and reissued the tickets promptly.

Allie was very pleasant and gave several options from three different airports that I requested. These were done within 3 hours of requesting prices. I asked several questions by email and phone and he was punctual and efficient. I will definitely recommend him to friends wishing business or premium economy seats.
