A wonderful find and a wonderful company. I wasn't aware of them previously I just came up on it on the internet and thought I would try it out. I spoke with *** and he was wonderful probably one of the best customer service agent I worked with on airline flights. He took care of every single detail regarding my flight from ******* to ***** and was able to get me the exact flights I wanted at the exact times and dates and just as important he got me the exact seat for both the flight out from ******* and also for the flight ... read more

Hannah, a customer service representative, who I randomly spoke to at Business Class delivered one of the best service experiences I have ever had when booking travel. She was not only professional but caring and empathetic to each of my requests. My wife also enjoyed the interaction with Hannah. My first experience with Business Class, however I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Hannah for all you did to book our business class flights ??

We had to arrange last minute flights from Rwanda to the US because of a medical emergency. Our agent Aspen worked with us for hours as we navigated tue challenges of getting credit card payments to work in Rwanda and other logistical challenges and in the end even took the time to check us on and get our boarding passes for us since our WiFi was so unreliable. The tickets were quite expensive, but he was actually able to get us better prices than we could find from searching the airline websites ourselves.

First flight we booked was not available at the rate quoted. We had an upcharge of +$1000.We did get the flights we wanted .

******* ***** was assigned as my travel agent and she was very helpful in making sure I got options to choose from and upon selecting one, she made sure the process was smooth and tickets were issued. She will help me select seats next. This is the second time I have used this company and both times had a good experience.
