**** was helpful and patient with me as he helped me book our first international flight. He listened to our needs (husband needs W/C assistance in the airports, and wanted direct flights so as to not have any problems with missing a connecting flight or losing luggage). He found us the best deal and was very responsive and timely with his communication.
