I had specific price points, flight lengths, dates, cabin requirements, and airlines in mind… In other words, some pretty tight requirements. Nicolas R was the agent working with me and he was fabulous. He does not know the meaning of the word quit. He kept working until he found something that was a perfect fit for my situation. Looking forward to working with him on our next travel plans.

I had trouble understanding the process, since a receipt appears, but doesn't look exactly like a ticket, but the agent was infinitely patient and the issue was resolved after multiple calls and callbacks.

They find a mix of flights that match my restrictions and requests at a lower price then I can find myself or any travel agent has ever done for me.
