My experience was very good, but I did have to call and speak with an agent as it wasn't clear how to finalize my booking. Because you're booking with a 3rd party, nothing tells you that you then have to go to the Aer Lingus website to complete everything. Also, because I was making two reservations, my sons was split from mine so had a different Airline Booking Reference Number which complicated things. The agents whom I spoke with were extremely helpful and guided me through everything.

Had a great experience getting 4 business class tickets to Cape Town and then returning from Lisbon.. help us explore cost differences if arrive a day early for our cruise and a day later. Cost was less than booking direct with the airlines or through other platforms
