5 stars for Troy, 3 stars for Business Class with Troy, no stars without Troy. I wrote hundreds of email to address an issue with a voucher to half a dozen of different agents. Nobody was willing to help until I was fortunate enough to meet Troy, who helped me with redeeming the voucher.
