This office first and foremost is very unprofessional. The manager Kathy calling people names on the phone. When a staff member wants an animal that come in they jack the “quote” so far up that you can’t afford it, then they let someone who’s NOT even the owner of that animal sign “surrender” paper work. And they take your animal and the actual cost of the vet bill is SO LOW. So that way their staff memeber can adopt the anaimal! They’re a fraud! I have personally known this to happen to TWO people now. beware!

Like I stated when you called, we do quote for anything that could happen. We don't always know what the surgery will consist of before we go to surgery. This place blows. Don’t waste your time. They are deceptive and rude. Needed my dog evaluated and they lied on the phone and gave me attitude not once but twice. Then they called me back “To bring my dog in” and got attitude on the phone from a different women that still wouldn’t schedule my dog. I then wanted my records transferred to a different vet and they didn’t all they did was sent me a stupid letter in the mail that says “We can’t satisfy your needs any longer” lol wow Worst customer service ever! We brought our sick kitty 12-31-21 concerned about his breathing & cold symptoms. We were told by Dr Jennifer Kennedy he is fine & she had no concern. He is clearly still lethargic & breathing strange so I called upset today and the RUDE lady IMMEDIATELY got loud with me, told me to go else where & hung up on me.. . . ZERO COMPASSION & UNPROFESSIONAL! *UPDATE 1-2-22 : Our beloved boy in GONE. My poor babies death is on your hand miss Jennifer Kennedy!!!

Our doctors and staff have worked tirelessly through the pandemic and do not tolerate abusive behavior from clients. We remain committed to serving pets in the community.
Whoever answered the phone on 12/18/21 at 12:40pm was absolutely rude. I was calling to see if my cat could be seen by appointment because I am genuinely concerned about an issue that wouldn’t warrant an ER visit just yet. Was told that the only way to be seen was by an ER visit and then was just hung up on. Sad because I’ve used this vet before and never had an issue, but that was just uncalled for.
