Some not all of them are just rude as hell and incompetent
If i could give less than one star i would. Please do not take your animals here. I called when my dog was dying in front of my eyes. I explained that she was having a lot of trouble breathing, and was having episodes where she couldn’t breath at all. Their response was “well we have some surgeries we need to get finished today, so i don’t know if we can squeeze her in”. I’m relieved they showed their true colors from the get go... Thankfully i was able to take her to a REAL emergency vet, and they saved her life. Please tak... read more

Would not recommend to anyone. Took my dog there for having blood in his urine they diagnosed him with have crystals in his urine which the were actually right about. I was told that neutering him would most likely fix the issue. Well we took and got him neutered and the stones removed costing $800. We go to pick our dog up after the surgery he has dried piss on him. I pointed it out to the vet tech only to get attitude before she goes and grabs the stuff the clean him. After 7 years of using and referring people to Butler Veterinary Associate I must say I made my last visit there tonight. Had a follow up visit with tech but when I got there when checking in they said I had to see the doctor and they just wanted to charge me for it. Decided i would take Molly to another Vet. Asked for all her records and got attitude. what ever happened to taken care of customer.
Much knowledge, awesome customer service, and always there when I need them!
They are so kind there. Unfortunately I lost my baby. But if it’s possible they made it easier. I will never forget the kindness they showed us

I've been to quite a few different vets around the area and I have to say Butler Vet Associates has by FAR handled and cared for my American Bulldogs the best. Professional. Caring. Knowledgeable. Affordable. They are always pleasant and easy to deal with.. They are confident and comfortable handling all of my large boisterous ( but mannered) large dogs where other vet clinics I have been too lack confidence and handling skills . My Grace and Ludo were seen by Dr. Wilson today and all three of us left happy today!
