Get directionsI hate to leave these kind of reviews. I always like to give every veterinary practice the benefit of the doubt. My friend had her cat seen here. The cat had to get extensive dental work. The manager had the nerve to tell my friend to find someone else to recheck the cats mouth. After paying all that money. That’s not the way you do business
This place is discriminatory and would not let me in the building despite my agreement to wear a mask because I tried to reschedule my appointment because i told them I had some stomach discomfort. They informed me they could not reschedule for several weeks due to being booked up, so I said I’d keep the appointment. They offered to see my puppy alone while refusing to let me in, however I have a nine week old puppy and I wanted to be there to assure him everything was going to be okay, instead of handing him to some stran... read more
We took our 3 year old Dalmatian named Jake to BVA for the first time Yesterday. Jake was being seen by a different place since he was 6 weeks old, well 6 months ago I rushed him to his normal vet and found out he needed emergency surgery to remove bladder stones. Surgery went well, they changed his diet and everything was great up until this past Friday.Jake got up and was having the same issue, I knew the bladder stones were back, so I rushed him to his original vet to be seen and have surgery again. His original vet told ... read more
Monday evening, after my regular vet was closed, my Siamese cat, Blue, acted like something was wrong in the mouth/throat area. He was slobbering a lot and could not seem to close his mouth. We drove an hour to Butler Veterinary Associates and they took care of him. He was seen almost immediately. The problem turned out to be that a piece of bone got stuck over his back teeth. This morning they called to see if Blue was ok. This place makes me wish I were closer to Butler.
Friday evening we noticed a laceration on our Pit/Lab mix pup. I called our normal vet and they were closed unfortunately so we called Butler, they said they could see him at 6:00 that evening so we waited and took him in (I called around 4 so 2 hours was no big deal.) We arrived and the tech came in and seemed pleasant enough, she did a quick check of his teeth and then tried to do a rectal temp check, which he was having no part of. The doc came in a few minutes later and checked him over and they took him back, shaved him... read more

Very Bad Vet Service..Had my dog that had seizures mistreated by vet tech dragging her back to room after having xrays done...Will never take any of my other babies there!
Great job by the ladies there. Being open for evening appointments is very convenient.
Best Veterinary place!!! We drove an hour for Dr. Katie Boatright to see animals. They took care of them as they were their own!! When they passed, the staff let us stay as long as went needed and cried with us. Took care of us and our beloved Butters with passion and love. The staff is awesome and the veterinarians are to notch!!!
