Later pool hours would be nice but overall great place.

Unfortunately, we have to close the pool in order to maintain the safety of all of our residents as there is no lifeguard on duty and no staff present at night. The location is wonderful. You have easy access to everything, and the bus route is pretty much effective.

The location is great, you feel far away in Wonder Workd but you have easy access to everything. The bus route is very efficient if you give yourself about 20 minutes to get to campus, we are the first stop so you never stand on the way to campus. The pool is so clean it literally sparkles! There are screened in porches to enjoy sunny days without bugs. They’re prices are by far the cheapest and greatest bang for your buck that you will ever find in San Marcos. I just recently moved into Cabana Beach. loved it. I have a volleyball court outdidr and a dog park, the staff is nice as well
