Great place to live with a very friendly staff. In a nice area and only 10 minutes from Texas State. This complex is also pet friendly with a dog park as well.

I love this apartment complex! It is extremely affordable and the front office is helpful with anything you need in a timely manner. I wish it was closer to campus and that people would pick up there dog's business, but I love the dog park and the pet friendliness of the entire complex.
Good place for a college student. 24 hour gym is quite useful especially if you have an odd schedule like i do. The pool is quite nice and the on site dumpster is convenient.
