We have been... (Verified Renter) We have been very pleased with our apartment, neighbors, the dog friendly neighborhood, and the manner in which maintenance requests have been handled. In fact, our overall experience has exceeded our expectations. The only suggestions we have, since we live in a handicapped accessible apartment, is that it would be nice to have a wheelchair entrance (sloped concrete) where the handicapped parking is located. I liked that... (Verified Renter) I liked that it was a non smoking community however in my section we had an issue with visitors smoking. The other issue was the lack of people cleaning up after their dogs. When we first moved in this was not an issue however after the Apts began filling up there were numerous individuals with large dogs who did not clean up after them. I'm a part-time... (Verified Renter) I'm a part-time resident and haven't spent enough time on the property and experienced all the amenities to judge just yet. So far my interaction with the staff has been positive. I'm disappointed that the pool isn't heated and I miss my spa at home. Kind of wish I would have looked and considered that closer when evaluating properties. (even my larger-private pool in Arizona is heated)
Crescent at CoolSprings Great location with easy access to the highway , airport, downtown Nashville and the shopping area. Conveniently located close to several restaurants, grocery shops, hospitals and gas stations. Recently built apartments with contemporary interiors, granite counter-tops and wooden flooring. Good common area with pool, grille and a gym with activities organized once in a while.
Great Find Crescent Cool Springs is a brand new complex in the Cool Springs area. I have really enjoyed my time here. The club house is fantastic...free Starbucks coffee for residents and a great place to hang out. The apartments are very nicely appointed and create a comfortable living space with several different floor plans. The only negative is that I can hear my neighbors walking in their apts and sometimes even talking.
