Folks who live... (Verified Renter) Folks who live there are pretty cool, pretty quite, dog friendly. I don't have a dog here but like the dog friendliness. People actually pick up the dog poop here.

There have only been a couple or a few nights where the noise level in the apartment below us was bad (I think the couple is having a breakup or severe relationship issues).
