The office personnel... (Verified Renter) The office personnel have been fantastic as well as the maintenance guys. The grounds are lovely, and the dog bags always seem to be stocked which I appreciate.

(Verified Renter) I would totally recommend this place to everyone I talk to that is wanting to move, great location, great amenities, Elaine who I spoke and worked with is amazing, she really sold me and so personal, felt like I already knew her forever and lived there already! Really excited to move and hopefully make this place my future home!

I had about... (Verified Renter) I had about 4 apartment “issues” the day I moved in, and Travis responded quickly and fixed everything. Being a homeowner all of my adult life, I think this is just amazing that one person has the knowledge to fix all kinds of apartment issues. Travis is a keeper!!!

The neighbors are friendly and unlike an apartment complex...it is quiet, clean, and accomadates all needs. The clubhouse is tastefully decorated and it allows any guests to feel welcomed with space to entertain, watch tv, play games, or eat in a larger setting. Nice, quiet community... (Verified Renter) Nice, quiet community with plenty of amenities. I also really have enjoyed the social events the community puts on (massage & wine event, mixology, etc.)
I think there... (Verified Renter) I think there may be better value in the area. Aside from the trash bin debacle, I was disappointed with the quality of the appliances and interior/finish/flooring. Knowing the rental market, I realize you typically go with the least expensive - but I think there's a market that would pay for better quality. Putting more investment in better appliances may save maintenance costs as well.
The maintenance team... (Verified Renter) The maintenance team is extremely friendly and they always stop to pet my dogs. They make me feel welcome in the complex and never like I'm a bother to them.
