It's very clean... (Verified Renter) It's very clean community despite lots and LOTS of insects crawling into our apartment. Every day we fight with worms, spiders and stink bugs. Second thing is the noise: the outside AC system situated right by our bedroom window, with makes very loud noise anytime day and (especially) night. Third is the cleanliness of the gym. The lack of... (Verified Renter) The lack of timely response to an urgent request of water leaking into our apartment. If that’s not classified as urgent reach out, let us know the expected time frame of completion and update the severity level based on the astute of the request.

I like the amenities, but feel that the quality of appliances that are in the unit i.e. dishwasher, stove, washer are inferior.There are certain maintenance items that are needed when you are in a rental, and it would be helpful if those services were available, even if for a price.

I find that you can hear your above neighbor more than one should based on the price we are paying. I really like the office staff, but management can be a bit inconsistent with follow through and there has been recent changes to the staff and since those changes I feel like small things are falling through the cracks.
