Well after dropping off some family at the airport early this morning, my buddy suggested an early breakfast. He found this place and we decided to try it out. The restaurant it clean and well kept. My cinnamon french toast breakfast was pretty good French toast had good flavor to it. Very early morning for me as I took some friends of mine to the airport! This was the closest open place for breakfast for me and one of my other friends who came with me! We did have to wait a small bit of time to get a waitress. Which is understandable since we came in at 5 am. But I feel like they should have a bell or something so that we can at least let someone know that we were here. This place is a hit or a miss. I've ate here multiple times and some items are good and then the next time you order them, they don't taste the same. For example, I came here for brunch and dinner. For brunch, a family member of mine ordered the chicken fettuccine. It was so delicious!! It was creamy, cheesy, and the chicken was moist. For dinner I decided to order the same chicken fettuccine. This was our second visit here and this time we came for dinner. It was the Friday before 4th of July so it was a bit busy, but we were still seated right away. It was a bit noisy with the restaurant and foot traffic going through Silver Legacy, but that was okay with us. Naomi, our server, was very attentive, friendly, and courteous. Great prices, kind staff, and delicious food. The ambiance is neat with the casino right next to the cafe. The ambiance is nice. Not too bright but not dark. Easy on the eyes. It's also not too loud as you might expect it to be.

Had breakfast several times here.. we come to Reno at least 4 times a year. My cousins daughter, Kalani and her boyfriend's family maybe 10 of them arrived the same time we did. We arranged to meet at Central Cafe! The food here is is always fresh, hot, quality portions. Especially their pancakes and ham steak! We ate breakfeast... lunch and dinner here!

We were seated and ordered the classic American breakfast. The food was very good and cooked like we like it. The hash browns were lightly crisp and the bacon was thick and flavorful. It is a popular spot and well worth it.

This place is open 24/7 and is a nice option to dine if you're out and about during the late night hours. My Omelet was very delicious with a generous amount of ham and cheese. My wife enjoyed her Chiliques Rancheros dish as well.
