My niece and I had dinner the other night at Cafe Central (located on 2nd floor of the Silver Legacy) after watching the Dogstar concert downstairs at the Exposition Hall. Surprisingly, the cafe wasn't too crowded when arrived, especially when the concert just let out; so, we were able to walk up to the hostess station and was immediately seated at a 2-top table, right near the kitchen. Service was slow and it seemed like nobody had a clue what they were doing and the food was OK nothing special
I popped in here to grab some food. The waiter was great. It was empty when I got there and well lit. He really went over the menu and recommends. I get the ribeye over the New York steak. The baked potato was out of the world perfect. I literally ate it for three meals. All for $39. I think it was 12 ounces but honestly, I think it was bigger than that. Open dining experience with low lighting. Tables evenly spaced. Classic rock music rocking out on the speakers. Food fabulous all the time. Friendly service spot on.

We always come here when we're in Reno. The foods were not the best but the location is Very convenient, and some of dishes actually pretty good, especially when they have some special dishes on the daily special menu.
Very modern looking, great food with large servings, and very fast and friendly servers.
Good service, quick, greasy spoon type diner. Many food options except no vegan style, though they are surprisingly more open to accommodating than the rigid RK, but it is what it is.
This was okay for an easy breakfast at The Row, but my omelet was more like a scramble, and there was just too much grease on the plate from the potatoes. I would like to see more vegetarian options. The place was clean, and my server was excellent.
