Newly renovated restaurant at Silver Legacy. Childhood Core memory unlocked coming here. I remember this place was open 24 hours and whenever we'd come to Reno regardless of the time of day, we would have our first meal here. We dined in on a Friday evening and the wait wasn't too long. Honestly, our experience at Cafe Central was not as bad as other people's. We ordered pad thai, rib eye steak, and wonton soup. Absolutely loved the shrimp pad thai, it had the perfect flavor. The rib eye steak was decent as well. The mashed potatoes were really creamy. My only complaint is that they only gave us 4 pieces of wontons in the wonton soup. Visiting Reno for the week. Ate at Cafe Central and it has been remodeled beautiful!!! I usually don't like to order Chinese food at a casino but when I'm staying at SL I like the Chinese food here Mongolian Beef- big serving, beef was tender, seasoned perfect and the best part is it comes in a bed of crispy noodles which you don't see anymore at regular Chinese restaurant. Ambiance is cool, service was great and the food was good too! The New York Steak and a eggs are good! The Fish and chips have a good size portion and we're good too! The Chilaquiles are not chilaquiles at all, think of nachos with an egg on top. The kids like the nuggets and fries. Kids said the lemonade was a bit water down. The Island Mimosa was off too, there was no bubbles and it was very flat But it's got a great selection of food including Pho and Asian Cuisine and Italian.

Such a wonderful remodel, the ambiance and atmosphere was amazing. We had the sweetest waitress and she was very attentive. Plenty of food options to choose from, I ordered the Generals Chicken and it was delicious, much like orange chicken. The portions are huge, so it was nice to take home to enjoy for later!

Love how they remodel the place, looks bright and open. I got to eat a little of each of these dishes. Our server Winnie was really nice and fast. All were pretty good. If you eat here I recommend trying these entrees out.

This place's food is unbelievable, the prime rib is cooked to perfection Everytime, the all American burger is super tender, the nachos are delicious, everything here is delicious. You can't order a single thing here without being satisfied. It is worth the expence

Open 24/7? Yes. Lots of seating? Yes. Going in between lunch and dinner? No wait. This was a great brunch spot in the Caesars hotels food area. Just follow the restaurant signs and you'll find it. I laughed at the sign that said "American Chinese" and was able to get a photo of my sister and her Caucasian husband underneath... but we are Japanese not Chinese. It was just a random funny-to-me sign. I did learn they started the Chinese food menu at 4 pm so we missed that. Me, I was excited for breakfast since we just came ... read more
