Cafe Central is ok. It's in Silver Legacy on the 2nd Floor. 6 of us decided to share 5 plates. My aunt had the medium rare prime rib the night before and she thought it was a bit tough. She's been here previously and thought the Pad Thai was just okay last time she had it. Our favorite this trip was the shrimp pad Thai. Flavor was just right. I can't speak for the overall service or the full menu at this café, but on the day we visited, our delivery order was stolen by the driver, and we had to find something else to eat. Since it was already late, I just wanted some soup. We decided to try the Beef Pho, and it came out quickly. We took it back to our hotel, and honestly, it was the best pho I've ever had! Chinese food was soooooo good!!!!! I definitely recommend!!!! We ordered the generals chicken and chow mein . The white rice was nice and fluffy!

The cafe is located inside the Sliver Legacy, it is big inside, so we just waited around 15 minutes to get our sit. It was so convenient for us which we had seniors to play slot machines and kids to play arcade in Circus Circus. Foods selection is variety, we ordered New York steak breakfast, Reyes steak, Pad Thai, Burger and Chicken Alfredo were good, Nachos was just ok and my mints cocktail was no flavour and no taste of alcohol. Our server was friendly and attentive.
This was a very good find for a place to eat when a good number of casino restaurants were closed on a Monday. Located in the Silver Legacy Casino it's easily located and away from a lot of the casino action, so nice and quiet. It's open 24 hours and exactly as its name implies, it's a cafe, nothing more. Cafe Central is your typical 24/7 casino restaurant. It is either empty or packed depending on time of day. For lack of breakfast food options we ended up at Cafe Central at about 9am. We got right in which was lucky because the line grew quickly outside and it was slow moving. There's a lot of seating but it's not particularly comfortable or pleasant to dine in. This place is beyond belief. My friends and I visited this place on a late night and enjoyed every second of it. The workers are so genuine and they even gave my friend Riley an extra ranch. I love Cafe Central!

This place is underrated. When I'm in town I always get their pancakes and their pho is really good (for a cafe that sells a variety of food). I also enjoy their chow mein. Aside from steakhouses this place is a good stop for breakfast or a hangover meal.

Was seated right away, our server was on top of it and we were immediately brought waters and coffees. We knew exactly what we wanted so we did not have to wait to order. Our food came out fast and was fresh and hot. Their menu has a wide variety items to chose from. Will definitely eat here again when staying at the Legacy or at the Row.
