Waitress was excellent. Service was overall superb. Food was very good.
A reunion of 6 college friends was made even better with our meal at Cafe Fiorello. From start to finish we were treated with excellent service, generous portions of food, and lasting memories of a delicious dining experience.
This place never disappoints! I lived in Upper West Side in the late 90s/early 2000s and this was a fabulous place to go for people watching and before shows. So much fun and wonderful food and service. 25 years later and it’s still amazing! Food was great, service was fun and very helpful, and as always it was a perfect location for Jazz and The Met! Thank you all for staying the course and being a staple on the West Side for decades!

I was early but staff accommodated me Food was good. Service was attentive but not hovering. Enjoyable experience.
Friendly staff, efficient service, delicious food.
Service was impeccable. All the servers were immensely attentive and kind. The food was outstanding! If I could award more stars, I would. Serving sizes were absolute perfection. We waited for nothing; drinks, appetizers, and entrees were served quickly, at perfect temperature, and exactly as we had requested. Can’t wait to return.
I had expected to get table 6 as I have had for almost 20 years as a loyal customer. Not this time. Wondering why no effort is being made,
