Entrees are excellent. My friend had meatballs with pasta for $17.50. I had a creative quinoa vegetable salad for the same price. Service was fast and courteous. We’ve been here 4 times in the past and they never have the advertised chocolate chip cookie a a dessert. If this happens one more time I will lower my rating.
Business response:
Hi, Robert. We're sorry to hear we were out of the dessert again, but we are glad you enjoyed your overall experience. We hope to be able to serve you again soon. Thank you. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
We had some trouble finding the entrance, as you have to enter the movie theater to access the restaurant, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised. It's a lovely little space with soft, Italian music playing. I had a delicious iced mocha and a beet salad with salmon which was delicious! My husband had their grilled cheese with tomato soup which was also very good.
Business response:
We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed our lovely space and delicious food! Sorry about the entrance confusion. We hope to welcome you back to Cafe Paradiso in the future. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
The lasagna noodles were rubbery and there was hardly any meat in the sauce. The waiter was friendly, but I ordered the pasta with meatballs and not the lasagna. I chose not to send it back as it would have delayed our evening.
Business response:
We're very sorry for the mistake, Shirley. We appreciate your feedback and will take note of your comments to help us improve. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
It was my second time and it did not disappoint. The meatball parm we out of this world, and I shred it and a salad with a friend. It happened to have been my birthday, and our lovely waiter brought us a cheesecake with a candle, his treat. They had us out in plenty of time for Ragtime. This place is a real find. Good food, good service, good prices.
Business response:
We are honored to hear about your wonderful second visit, Carolyn! Happy birthday! It's great to hear that our meatball parm and thoughtful service made your special day memorable. Stephanie Holmes - Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
This is a great option in the Lincoln Center neighborhood. Light fare, which is nice when you don't want a big meal. The food is generally pretty good, and the staff are excellent and very accommodating. Last night I had the lentil soup and sandwich option. Good sandwich, but the soup seemed to have been watered down. It was thin and totally tasteless. This is my second bad soup experience - the previous was with the usually good white bean soup that came with no beans. (they did add some at my request.) I wonder if they run... read more

Wonderful Spot for a light (or not) meal and drink before Lincoln Center.love the quinoa veg salad, but soups and pizzas and salads and sándwiches also quite good.
Business response:

Service was sweet but the server was spread too thin. Took long to get her attention.
Business response:

We were seated even before our reservation time. I had been concerned about noise level based on other reviews but I found it to be quite tolerable. The server was working very hard and was as attentive as possible. The food came out promptly. I will say I didn't find mine to be as hot as I would have liked but it was very hard to get the servers attention to address this. However, it was quite good and I ate it without problem. Given that we were seeing a show right at Lincoln center, the location couldn't have been more pe... read more
