Very convenient to Lincoln Center for pre performance dining. Place is buzzing and very loud but that’s to be expected for the time we went. Service was good, friendly, we didn’t wait long for food. We did have reservations and table was waiting for us. We had pizza and it was ok. Not too flavorful and one was disappointingly cold. Still it was good for what we needed before the performance.

Business response:

It’s great to hear that our location worked well for your pre-performance dining and that your reservation was ready upon arrival. We also appreciate your feedback on the service and your meal, and will share your comments with our team as we continue to refine the guest experience. Cafe Paradisio was very good and Erica the server was good as well. The chicken salad was scrumptious on the focaccia bread, the turkey avocado and swiss, brie and prosciutto sandwichs and the HUGE chicken parm.

Perfect location to eat before Lincoln Center theaters or films. We always enjoy their bountiful Mixed Board (see the photo on their website) and this time we added caprese sandwich with prosciutto and cheesecake to share for dessert. We even get a 10% discount with our Film at Lincoln Center patron card. Just remember to ask for one of their quieter tables (not many) because it is challenging to have a conversation there.

Business response:

We’re so glad to hear Brooklyn Diner continues to be part of your Lincoln Center outings. It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the Mixed Board, caprese sandwich, and cheesecake, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the noise level. We’re always happy to accommodate quieter table requests whenever possible. Stephanie Holmes Director of Guest Services, The Fireman Hospitality Group
