About Cafe Paradiso Café Paradiso represents a merger of two cultures – Italian and American – with love. Conceived, built and run by a mixture of 35 years of living in Italy in Pietrasanta, an artist community outside of Florence, and being raised in the Bronx. Café Paradiso is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy our pastries and espresso for breakfast, our salads and sandwiches for lunch or our pizzas and pastas for dinner. Food came quickly which was great. Drink options were strange and/or unavailable. Cutting my chicken parm, there was a large piece of plastic in it. The waiter just said, “oh, ok. Sorry”. The side of pasta the 3 of us had was cold.
The restaurant looks clean and the service is very fast. The food is cafeteria quality. Luke warm and unseasoned. If I went back for dinner I would stick with a sandwich.
Slowwwww and just okay. Great location for Lincoln Center performances - and moderate pricing. I’ll try again and maybe order something else.

My group arrived early, but we were seated immediately. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our waiter was excellent.

Outstanding service- waitress the best!!! Had a reservation and was seated though very crowded— immediately!) Food tasty and lovely presentation!! Love the location and ambience
They were out of all entrees and most desserts so we had sandwiches and appetizers. Meatballs were cold inside and had to be sent back. Staff was perfectly fine, but hard to flag down to reward the meatballs
