We had to wait 20 min before they took our orders. The roasted potatoes were ordered as a side order but it came as an appetizer. While they weee good it was strange eating them and still waiting for our main dishes. Pr pi Suryo and Brie sandwich was good. But the bolognese dish was mediocre ( the sauce was watery). The strawberry matcha tea tasted only of coconut water and little else. Nice waiter great atmosphere. Good location but the food and service were ok.

We’ve been to this restaurant many times. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. Several menu options are no longer available. The Nicole Salad arrived with no egg; we were told that the restaurant was out of eggs. Why they allowed servers to continue to allow people to order it is inexplicable. Finally, our server spoke to the manager about this (we saw them conversing) but he never visited our table. I’m sorry to report that this restaurant might be on a downward slide. Food was decent, tasted fresh. Service was friendly and attentive. Music was a bit too loud. Biggest complaint is banquet seating is downright uncomfortable, with seat depth too shallow and back too straight up with any contour for a typical back.

We were seated right on time. The restaurant was very busy and tables were tight, but everyone around us smelled nice. After waiting a while to be served, we were told the pizzas were sold out, which was what my son had his heart set on. But we ordered a chicken parm and a meatball parm sandwich, and both were good. Not great, but good. Our waiter was friendly. Value for the food was good.

Nice, casual menu tho we were told it’s going to change. No sign out front, so you clearly haven’t search to find the place. So, so, so screamingly nosy— no point in conversation. Not impressed by service, tho there may have been only server for the whole place. Only reason to go back— it’s so close to Lincoln Center.
