From the first phone call we made to Canella to get an estimate to the last visit, we have been treated like we were special and appreciated! We talk to real people and ask questions! They are happy to answer and not pushy sales people. I haven’t worked with many companies lately that have such friendly staff! It’s like a fresh breath of air. Consistent service. If you are on the monthly plan you are guaranteed service in an emergency. Been a customer of their for 15 years. Now on our new home with them. Had a slight emergency come out the next day and found the original install was incorrect from another provider. They serviced the units from my previous home. One was a 1975 model and the other a 2005. They are courteous and keep the house clean when entering and exiting. Very satisfied.
