Overall my car buying experience with Car Cloud Auto Group was very good. I dealt mostly with Jeannie by phone and she was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online, and the communication from the dealer could have been a little better - but I was also somewhat skeptical and on edge about the process from the beginning. In the end, the vehicle was delivered as agreed upon and everything met or exceeded my expectations.
