Ive never had a smoother experience buying a car. Timothy is awesome he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customer. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Salesman, C.J., was very responsive until we made the deal. Because the transportation cost was nearly $300.00 than indicated on Car Guru's and they added in Virginia sales tax and licensing costs, there were problems. I was preapproved for a loan through my credit union, but the value of the vehicle and all the other costs were more than they were willing to lend. I paid $500 on a Friday to reserve this Trax and the dealer sold the car on Saturday the next day didn’t answer my question didn’t tell me the original finance company declined never responded to any of my questions and it took them 5 days to refund my money.

So I went and got a car here. Do not purchase "as is" from here. I hadn't had the car a whole month and the rear diff was about to go out. So I called because I agreed in the office that if there was any major issues we'd try to work it out which isn't a problem until they say they're going to get an answer for me and call me right back. The first time I didn't get a call back was a couple days after I got it and the blend door actuator started ticking. $20 fix but I still wanted more info from them about the car. The dealer contacted me via e-mail. to schedule an appointment . It was an out of town dealer so we did not accept the appointment . We needed someone local.

I had a very bad experience with this bad dealership. They sold me a car with a lot of problems!! I discovered the issues after purchasing it. The car wasn't even safe to drive home and I discover that driving home on the highway. I called to let them know that the vehicle had issues and they got mad and asked me to return it!! I did so and they have not yet returned my money or any phone calls. Buyers beware!!!!!

Lousy.....Setup appt. Was running behind getting there due to interstate traffic because I had to travel some distance to get there. Called and texted them several times to let them know I was En-route and WOULD be there. They called and said they sold it while I was en-route driving down there and only about 15 more mins more drive to dealership. What a waste of a day for myself and son! Sketchy! Don't bother.

I would have bought this very car if they would have financed at 3.84 % via Capitol One. They were forcing me to take an 8.69% loan through Westlake Financial. So I bought elsewhere.

VERY SHADY PEOPLE! Did not like the Jeep Compass once I drove it. Engine rough, steering stiff. Test drove a GMC and was willing to buy it cash. There was a 90 day 3,000 mile warranty sticker on the window with the name, make and VIN number of the vehicle across the top. First thing said, when it was time to draw up the papers, there was a $695 charge for the 90 day warranty. After I wouldn't fall for that (suddenly they GAVE me a FREE 90 day warranty) they brought the paperwork. They wanted me to sign BLANK documents. They ... read more
