Good customer service just didnt keep me updated when vehicle sold
I had a great experience working with Car Cloud Auto Group. I first contacted the dealer on line and received an almost immediate response. I tend to get busy with work but, Eric faithfully followed up on my promises to get back with him :) A few days later when I was able to make it into the dealership, I was greeted by Tim who led me to Eric, both were honest and friendly and lived up to every promise. I was difficult to deal with because I dont trust used car dealers. They were very proffessional and patient I did purchase the vehicle. Good experience overall
No they never e-mail me back I call them on the phone and I when up in there in person and looked at a vehicle. but didn't get it I brought different one......
