I was waiting for my trade in price then if we were happy with that was calling to put a deposit down. They even said they could deliver the car to PA. Emailed them 2x then found out they sold to someone else.
A very poor after sales reception. It's been more than a month and I still don't have the title to register the car even though I paid full cash for it. I will never recommend this dealership to any friends and family

Crazy business. Was supposed to try and get me more favorable financing than my own prearranged. I called and they said they would call me right back. Never did. They then texted a cryptic message to which I called them and was told they would send me another detailed message?! Then they never did. If you want to deal with crazy people then by all means shop here.

Car was fairly rough. Was told the 90 day warranty was optional on the phone and by the salesman in person(650 dollars). The buyers order showed the warranty and when I asked to remove it the manager said it could be taken out but the processing fee would increase by 650. Actually told me they have to list them cheap on CGurus to get activity and build in their profits with fees and “warranty “. Wasted 2 hours driving.....

I called to see if car was still available for a test drive and was told yes. I drove an hour from my house to the dealer who said the vehicle was in the shop for inspection and not available for a test drive.

I went to this dealership with the expectation from salesman staying over the phone I was approved. Only to get there to find out the vehicle I was interested was taken to the their shop for repairs. So I Tim let me look at the over vehicles, so he was very friendly and helpful. I tested drove a few cars but decided on a 2012 Chevy Cruze only to find out they couldn’t approve the deal for a car almost $3000 less. The inquiried vehicle had already been sold so they pushed me into looking at another truck. The salesman calls me every day to try to get a deal. And is very persistent. After I told them when I’m ready to purchase I would contact them. He still calls every day

It was not the best experience. on this dealer The first day I was in this dealer I talked to two people who were brothers were very kind but we did not reach any agreement on the price the second time i contact the dealer was not with the same people We exchanging text messages be this site and We were able to agree on the total price out of the door for the car be text messages so My family and I drive an hour to the dealer With the cash amount we had agreed.
