From a professional standpoint Carla and her team were thorough, timely and available. From a personal standpoint, they were just plain nice. I would recommend Carla and Bank South to anyone needing a mortgage. They provide 5 star service!!

Carla was great. The only improvement, which is not for her, is that her team could have worked better and communicated better. There were times that I got emails asking for information that I've already submitted. That was a little frustrating at times. The gentleman, Daniel Mai, that I delt with isn't very helpful. He talked over me, didn't explain things well at all, and was mostly frustrating. I would ask questions that wouldn't get answered. I don't think he was respectful.

We endured many complications due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, however we stayed the course and were able to resolve all issues. We were able to finalize my transaction with ease with large amounts of coordination and communication. Carla established a professional customer service that in my opinion is unmatched.
