From the moment I choose South Bank and Carla Estep was assigned to me I got fast friendly service. She was not demanding and was very courteous. It was a pleasure to finally meet her at closing. All other communications was via email, text messages, or telephone. This was due to my wife and I lived in Kentucky and had only visited to pick out a house.
