Carla Estep was perfect, great, I would reccomend a lot of people to her. However the people that I worked with who worked under her were very frustrating. I worked with a male for weeks to get my employment verification correct. He didn’t grasp that I was an Active Duty Army National Guard member. And he kept telling me incorrect information to get my employment verification. It was extremely stressful.
