We help Charleston residents and property owners address their heating and air conditioning challenges. Established in 1984 by James W. Carney and his son Curtis Carney, we started out serving the local communities around James Island and Folly Beach.

Janes was excellent! He called when on the way and when he was done. Very professional and courteous of my property. I was very comfortable letting him into my home while i was at work. AC system sounds and feels like when it was installed 6 years ago. I will recommend to everyone
We were very impressed with James and his level of professionalism. He worked hard under extremely hot and uncomfortable conditions in our attic, and we appreciate it! We have requested him as our regular technician for any future service calls.
Again I cannot say enough about Carney and Sons! I have been a club member for years and have always been happy with our service, but after this week I love them even more. Our extremely old unit finally failed this week, and not only did they quickly come out to diagnose the problem, but we had a brand new unit installed within 48 hours! They are professional, affordable, and take the time to educate. Thank you Carney and Sons!
Gideon first stopped by but was honest with his experience in commercial units. Jackson showed up shortly after and got right on it for us. He was even thoughtful enough to include Gideon in the repair process to train him further. It's great to see the workmanship and have guys that care on the job site. Your company has helped me out on numerous occasions. I'll certainly be using you guys in the future.
