Today, I am in for an oil change with a 11 am appointment. I was on time for my appointment, yet told I am waiting behind others who come in without. What is the point of an appointment if I still am behind others. Jiffy lube would have been faster, cheaper, and had better customer service. I’ve bought my last three cars here. The condescending rep I dealt with today is enough to give me pause about future service, and business here. Update: to Carr Nissans credit, they did expedite my oil change. They were trying, which is an important response in a companies service. I felt I was dismissed early on, but heard after we talked it out. I changed my review from 2-4.
