Lisa was great to work with. I sincerely appreciate her and the lot attendant helping me bring the vehicle home. Get the vehicle home and learn that both key fobs are dead. This unfortunately is a sign of a cheap dealer who can't even fork out $15 to provide a good new experience for a customer. First thing we have to do now with our new to us vehicle is go figure out how to get our key fobs to work. Super tacky. Little things like this make me never return to a dealer. This dealership was top notch! Moon went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a 2017 Maxima Platinum the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I bought a used Leaf from Carr Nissan. Scott Kemp went above and beyond what I consider a reasonable car salesman to do. He made sure I got the car I wanted and took a lot of effort to detail the car so that it looked brand new. Scott has a "no pressure" style and is very upfront and communicates well (answered all my after hours texts). I will definitely work with him again when I am in the market for another Nissan.
