Lisa was great to work with. I sincerely appreciate her and the lot attendant helping me bring the vehicle home. Get the vehicle home and learn that both key fobs are dead. This unfortunately is a sign of a cheap dealer who can't even fork out $15 to provide a good new experience for a customer. First thing we have to do now with our new to us vehicle is go figure out how to get our key fobs to work. Super tacky. Little things like this make me never return to a dealer.
