My son talked me into going to a Nissan dealership. I hated the experience from older buying experiences. I first went to a Nissan dealership closer to my house (20 miles closer). Ummmm I'll never go back there even for service. I pulled onto Carr Nissans lot and Cameron greeted my son I. Scott Kemp was a pleasure to work with and he was able to make the whole sales process from beginning to end smooth and painless. He went to bat with his Sales Manager over a couple of items I wanted included in the deal several times until he was able to get them to accept the terms. If I needed another car or had someone ask me I would strongly suggest speaking to Scott even just for information because he was able to get me the best price and all of the features I wanted far beyond anything else I had seen in the area.
Came in thinking I was going to buy a Hybrid Rogue but I ended up driving away in a Stormtrooper Star Wars edition. Cameron helped myself and my wife realize this was the car for us not a Hybrid.
I worked with James when leasing my 2017 Leaf. I first contacted him in regards to leasing or purchasing a pre-owned Leaf and decided to go with leasing one. He was knowledgeable and was considerate when helping me find the best vehicle for my needs. He was even available to answer any additional questions I had after I drove off the lot.
I went into the dealership to see and test out the Murano before making a final decision on what vehicle to purchase. After an hour of talking, touching and options explained, the looking was over.
