Verified Renter Very good community with lots of facilities. Still there is no water bills. Lots of amenities like gym,park,basketball court,tennis court. Communication to robinson or downtown is 10mins away.

Verified Renter Maintenance does well with the upkeep. It’s a mixed bag of what new appliances you get and what are old. Cheap carpet and paint job. Neighborhood is overall friendly besides the all the terrible driving and speeding
