The management team is responsive and helpful, The grounds are well-maintained, The only downside is the occasional noise coming from machines but it's usually not a major issue. Verified Renter Community is good location vise! As a property manager group they should push to keep the 38 bus keep running! As there is a propel to stop this route! Which would be a huge blow if the bus route gets cancelled

Verified Renter A wonderful and beautiful complex whose management cares about cleanliness, sterilization, landscaping, and building and equipment maintenance. The employees in the management of this complex are distinguished by their interest, follow-up on customer service, and quick response, and this is what I found from them myself from the first day.

Verified Renter Most of the things are good. Couple of points worth mentioning which needs improvement: Gym should be big. Swimming pools should be accessible for longer hours.

Verified Renter Make sure to get a tour before starting application. They said for us there in building laundry but now we have to cross three buildings for laundry and there were so many repairs. If we ask about repairs they just say to raise a maintenance request.

Verified Renter It’s a great neighborhood, very quiet and people are friendly. The best part about it is the pool and the Gym. The park is kept clean and as well as the tennis court.
