Verified Renter Pros: I love the apartment! Very convenient, spacious, and how they set up carriage park like a community Cons: some people living inside it is not that considerate. Trash are being left in the elevators, at the back inside of the building. Vandalizing the elevators and walls at the main entrance. cctv is a must for those law breaking residents. Verified Renter Most roach problems are solved . But rents keeps increasing without any amenities added so value is becoming less day by day . Thinking about changing community

Verified Renter Very good community with lots of facilities. Still there is no water bills. Lots of amenities like gym,park,basketball court,tennis court. Communication to robinson or downtown is 10mins away.
