Verified Renter Only 12 month agreement or month on month agreement available for any resident either new or current resident. May be management can offer 6 months lease renewal agreement option for resident who is here for long time. There is no compliments or any other benefits for lease renewals.
Verified Renter Conveniant location to the airport and downtown. safe and friendly neaibourhood. No crimes. only drawback is you have to empty kitchen cabinates every months as there were bugs issues as it's a very old community. Otherwise all good.
