Verified Renter Good ambience, atmosphere. Few things to improve are parking spaces, electricity and gas bill hikes suddenly for a month or two. Good neighbourhood overall

Verified Renter Overall it's good. But they do have roaches and rat issues in fewer apartments, but if you raise complain about that they will fix it fast. The locality is good. They maintain the apartment very well. Lawn clean on time. Snow clean on time. To maintain hygiene they keep doing the pest control around every 3 months. I would totally recommend that.
