Verified Renter Staying here from last year. Accessibility to pittsnurgh downtown is good with public transportation. Play ground , public library ,School , shopping centers are nearby as well. .

Verified Renter The community is clean and peaceful. I don’t like the pool restrictions at all. It like paying for a facility that under lock and key and the pool times are very inconvenient for a working adult who would want to relax after work

Verified Renter It was very good and the service is helpful. Would definitely recommend. The maintenance staff is really good and they fix my problems relatively quickly. I have never encountered any issues with Carriage park apartments. However the tennis courts and the basketball courts need a bit of an upgrade.
