The building is clean, and the management team is generally responsive to maintenance requests. The swimming pool is another plus: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or getting in a quick workout.

I recently had a drain clog in the kitchen and even though I wasn’t home, it was taken care of, above and beyond. Additionally, the door on the terrace level was sticking so bad that it was nearly impossible to open without two people. I assumed someone had reported the problem. Obviously not! Verified Renter Great community that feels and is very safe. Definitely one of the most affordable in the area with nice people. Maintenance for pest control always happens frequently to keep the community clean and the grass gets mowed when it grows too long.
