Great experience had a lot of fun but they just didn’t come off the price any like I wanted but if you want that no haggle deal it’s a friendly place to go

Beware, do your research about this company and the lenders they have chosen to use! They put $4000 down as other taxes, when I asked they said that it was Ga sales tax. Then in the documents they sent for me to sign it said they do not collect out of state taxes.
Drove 4.5 hours to buy an Expedition from them, made it 2 hours back and the check engine light came on and wouldn’t shift properly. That’s when they told me that it had recently had the transmission rebuilt and was still under warranty from the shop they use. They did take the vehicle back and return my down payment but still wasted 10 hours of my time. Expedition is back up for sale. Looked up the transmission shop they use and there are some pretty bad reviews, and they obviously don’t report to carfax.
Dealer does not allow fax transfer the wanted cashiers check or make deal with them and later I would have to transfer to my bank
Wasted my time truck had exhaust problems tires need replaced and front left headlight was falling out did not want to fix the problems or come off the price called to let them know I was on the way still had to wait around for them
The only reason I’m even giving this a two star review is because of the salesman who tried to help me with an out of state purchase. I had my financing straight and all I needed was the purchase order to give to the bank. They sold the truck right out from underneath me. I spoke with sales manager Christian before the potential buyers put down a deposit and he told me because they were there, they could purchase and I would have to wait to see if they did or not. The salesman was great but they had one employee that was rude to us when we was looking at vehicles we almost bought to trucks from them. But that one employee for us made us not wanna buy anything from there.
