Dealer does not allow fax transfer the wanted cashiers check or make deal with them and later I would have to transfer to my bank
Wasted my time truck had exhaust problems tires need replaced and front left headlight was falling out did not want to fix the problems or come off the price called to let them know I was on the way still had to wait around for them
The only reason I’m even giving this a two star review is because of the salesman who tried to help me with an out of state purchase. I had my financing straight and all I needed was the purchase order to give to the bank. They sold the truck right out from underneath me. I spoke with sales manager Christian before the potential buyers put down a deposit and he told me because they were there, they could purchase and I would have to wait to see if they did or not. I had good communication with Chris. He was very responsive and helpful. The process was seamless. Now, I have some pretty glaring issues. When I picked the truck up it was extremely filthy on the inside. It had red dirt in every crevice. The undercarriage was a mess. Caked mud and weeds that took me 3 hours to clean and I still have not gotten it all. Now, the bad. I changed the air filter and the box was full of debris, mud, and oil. I had multiple texts and phone calls requesting more information and videos of the vehicle and they never responded over a 10 day period. Then I got an email saying the truck had sold. I would never use this dealer has they wouldn't return my calls and were unprofessional.
4 days to get a response.
