RecommendedWith out a doubt, this is the best Veterinary Hospital I've ever been to. We came up to Gardnerville to take care of my husband's older parents during COVID19 from the San Diego area and our older dogs had some issues while we've been here. Dr. Nick Mannan has been absolutely incredible, along with all the staff. I'm actually not looking forward to going home because I'm going to REALLY miss the staff at this facility. They are absolutely top notch!
RecommendedHad to take my GSD to the Urgent Care on a Saturday! Dr. Timmerman and her assistants, along with young ladies up front were so nice and took such good care of my boy! Highly recommend them for your fur babies!

RecommendedI love this vet! They have always been amazing under any circumstances. I have taken my fur babies here for our normal regular check ups and shots to emergency dog fights and surgery’s! They are always professional, amazing, and wonderful with my pets. My little pitty can be a pain, over protective of her momma and a talker, it has never been a problem with the staff.

RecommendedI can’t say anything bad about carson valley vet hospital, Ive had two different Doxie emergencies in the past 6 months and both experiences have had wonderful outcomes. I can’t say thank u enough to CVVH for saving my Max when he had pneumonia and for helping my old man Chili get through his leg break. The doctors, the techs, and front desk staff have been nothing but kind and helpful through both of my emergency situations. Thank u! Thank u! Thank u!
RecommendedThis staff and building are AWESOME. So fantastic with how they approach patients, their sense of care, urgency and experience was better than I could have expected. Right off the bat from the first phone call to leaving my first appointment and the building it was a 10 experience. My last vet from home was great, and I didn't think I could find one that felt as good, this is BETTER. RecommendedI have pet rats and live in Reno. One was having respiratory issues, and all of the small animal vets in my area couldn’t see him for over a week, which is a long time to let a respiratory infection go on in a rat. Carson Valley got me in the day I called. The staff was friendly and kind, and Dr. Emma was very attentive and knowledgeable. It was well worth the drive! Despite the distance, I think I’ll be sticking to them for treatment for my small animals.
RecommendedI am from out of town and had a little emergency with my Frenchie and he needed to be seen right away. Called a couple of veterinary in the area and said they couldn't see him without a appointment. Carson Valley told me to bring him in and staff was very attentive to my dog and got him patched up right away.
