My elderly lupus dog needed surgery as soon as possible so the infection wouldn’t spread / go into her blood stream. While camping a couple hours away from Reno,our dog needed emergency surgery. We were able to get him to Carson Valley, where they performed surgery late into the night. Dr. Sanford is a wonderful and caring doctor. Thank you for saving our boy ❤️
Very nice people. We came here because our Chihuahua was not feeling well during our trip from Ohio. The vet and vet techs spent a lot of extra time to make sure our little girl was ok. We really appreciated the care the showed and the time they took.
My fiancé ( Walt Day) & I’s ferret Coco was really sick one Saturday, my fiancé called Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital, they kept coco for two days and saved her life! The Vet ( Emma) was so wonderful! She called my fiancé multiple times a day to give him updates on Coco’s progress which was amazing to us because we were really worried. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital especially Emma as a vet. Coco is doing well and enjoying being back with her family.
I live in yerington and usually take my cats elsewhere, when I needed to be seen ASAP for my sick cat this veterinarian clinic saw me as soon as they could and got my boy feeling better!!!

Loooooove bringing my pets here! I have been taking them here since I moved to Gardnerville 9 years ago and I still make the commute from NW Reno now since I moved to Reno 4 years ago. I have recently brought in my new Great Dane puppy, Luna for her puppy wellness checks with Dr. Danielson and her assistant.( I really wish I could remember her name!)
