I’m so extremely thankful to have had a friend recommend this vet to me. My elderly lupus dog needed surgery as soon as possible so the infection wouldn’t spread / go into her blood stream. Our regular vet near us made surgery appointment for end of June (yikes, her appetite was already declining, high pain level & already having lupus makes her more high risk) Waiting was not a option for us! While camping a couple hours away from Reno,our dog needed emergency surgery. We were able to get him to Carson Valley, where they performed surgery late into the night. Dr. Sanford is a wonderful and caring doctor. Thank you for saving our boy ❤️
Very nice people. We came here because our Chihuahua was not feeling well during our trip from Ohio. The vet and vet techs spent a lot of extra time to make sure our little girl was ok. We really appreciated the care the showed and the time they took.
My fiancé ( Walt Day) & I’s ferret Coco was really sick one Saturday, my fiancé called Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital, they kept coco for two days and saved her life! The Vet ( Emma) was so wonderful! She called my fiancé multiple times a day to give him updates on Coco’s progress which was amazing to us because we were really worried. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital especially Emma as a vet. Coco is doing well and enjoying being back with her family.
