I’ve been taking my two dogs here for a few years now and the staff at Cascade have always been incredible. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. Each of my dogs have had their fair share of issues and everyone at cascade has always been upfront and transparent about costs and care plans. So grateful to have such wonderful people to help care for my pups.

Drs Ball and Buchholz are wonderful. Their knowledge and experience is evident, and their willingness to answer questions about my pets’ treatment plans is complimented by their kindness. The staff and assistants are friendly and efficient. Costs are quite reasonable.

I had just moved to this area and hadn't been established with a vet clinic when one of my cats had an emergency. They fit me in immediately. Since then, I have been in for routine visits. I am so impressed with this clinic. All the staff are professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to live near this clinic!
Brought our cat Daphne in on an emergency without having been there before. Dr Mayes and her assistant treated her quickly but also with great care. She called later in the week to check on her. Even have a senior discount that really was appreciated. We have since been back and would recommend them in a heartbeat

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Clemmens and her assistant. They both were very patient with my big and difficult dog who weighs over 87 pounds. I had so many questions and Dr. Clemmens did a great job answering them all and taking such good care of my dog. We will definitely be asking to see her for my dogs next exam!

I have been seeing Cascade for many years for everything from standard care to an abscess on a cat all the way up to a surgery to remove a mass from my other cats tongue. Staff have always been great and many of the same staff a decade ago are still there today. All the doctors are amazing including the new one I just saw. She was knowledgeable about my cats medical condition having reviewed his records from his prior vet (I can guarantee not all vets do that). Cascade Animal Hospital is a perfect place to bring your pet for health needs. The staff is patient and compassionate. You can see their love pouring out to your pets as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Ball has been beyond amazing with my pets. She helped me through my cat’s journey with Lymphoma and is currently helping me through an eyelid tumor removal my lab mix needed to get done.
