Cascade Animal Clinic took care of my kitties from birth until the end of their lives; 16 years for Mr Wilson & 14 years for his sister Little Miss. Dr Shawn & Dr Ball took such good care for them, as did everyone else there. Thank you Crystal for basically rolling out the red carpet for Little Miss when I brought her in on her last day. Doctor McNeil has been amazing, and has provided exceptional care for our fur babies. She and everyone else at the clinic have been attentive, professional and kind at every turn. And communication, which can so often be grossly undervalued, has been extraordinary. I wish we'd found them sooner, but we're thrilled to be with them now. Much Love & Gratitude. 🥰🙏
I had to put down my boy Brodie today. A huge virtual hug and ty go out to Dr. Shawn who was there (during covid no less) before we had to go to Oncology and was there to help me as he crossed the🌈 rainbow Bridge. Also to Dr Ball & the entire staff at Cascade Animal Clinic Monroe for your patience, empathy, kindness and compassion for Brodie since he was abt 8 months old till today (2mo 2days shy of 13). Awesome doctors and staff - compassion is their modus operandi! I can’t say enough about the professionalism and kindness I have experienced while dealing with very stressful situations involving my beloved animals.
Front end staff are always friendly and helpful. Vets and technicians are all wonderful, very knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog requires a lot of specialized care on top of her routine care, and even with curbside service I can tell its always a positive experience for her!
