My dog had an emergency and they got him right in. I truly appreciate the level of care and compassion. The follow up call from the vet to check on him and give me X-ray results puts them at the top of my list.

After trying several vet clinics from Bellevue to Everett, including the so called Urgent Care Hospitals, Cascade was the only one that accepted my little kitty with open arms. The staff was very helpful, caring and professional. Dr. Mayes was wonderful, she got my pet taken care of right away

I’ve been coming to Cascade Animal Clinic 36 years all the way from the original founding Doctor of the clinic. Yes, I have had many happy times in the clinic like picking up twin kittens who are still with us today and also, you know I had the saddest times also. However, 2 weeks ago my Lab. Willow sliced his foot open on glass at Monroe Snohomish River Park bank and thanks to the GREAT people working reception that day, Dr. Mayes was able to get get scheduled. I've always loved this vet office for over 15 years. I am seriously getting ready to switch vets because you aren't opening up to in person like everything else is. It is a real pain this no contact stuff and with a new puppy I want to be able to ask questions and talk to a vet. I miss the contact with people and to be able to go in and cut down on the stress for my pets. All my friends are getting to go back to in person at their vet offices.

The veterinarians are great, but the clinic is expensive and they charge for EVERYTHING! I was charged $24 for a recheck. I think a recheck should be included with the original office exam. I was also once charged a medication restocking fee as my cat ended up not needing a medication. I think they are mostly in the profession for the money. I wish vet clinics were more reasonable. More people would be able to care better for their pets.
