I had to put down my boy Brodie today. A huge virtual hug and ty go out to Dr. Shawn who was there (during covid no less) before we had to go to Oncology and was there to help me as he crossed the🌈 rainbow Bridge. Also to Dr Ball & the entire staff at Cascade Animal Clinic Monroe for your patience, empathy, kindness and compassion for Brodie since he was abt 8 months old till today (2mo 2days shy of 13). It has not gone unnoticed. TY from my 💜. It means a lot. One last "WooF!" for my Brodie Boy. 🐾🦮😇💜🙏
Awesome doctors and staff - compassion is their modus operandi! I can’t say enough about the professionalism and kindness I have experienced while dealing with very stressful situations involving my beloved animals.
Front end staff are always friendly and helpful. Vets and technicians are all wonderful, very knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog requires a lot of specialized care on top of her routine care, and even with curbside service I can tell its always a positive experience for her!
The staff are very nice and attentive. Dr. Ball had called us on her day off to check on our pups.
Dr. Ball and her staff are truly amazing!! They love and care for their patients as if they were their own pets. I have a four-year-old German Shepherd who has had numerous serious issues and Dr. Ball has helped him through every single one! She has a huge heart and is an incredible Vet! I HIGHLY recommend Cascade Animal Clinic!❤️
My wife and I have been taking our pets here for the last few years and we could not be happier with all of the work that they’ve done. Like all of you: our pets mean the world to us, so finding the best care possible for their health is obviously a major priority. Last week our pup needed to get a dental procedure that required anesthesia. My dog had a double ear infection and aural hematoma and he used to go to a clinic in Kirkland but then we just moved here in Monroe and he needed to see a vet asap so i searched clinics around here and found the cascade animal clinic. i was skeptical at first because its gonna be a new clinic for him and new people and not to mention you want the best for your fur baby. i read all the reviews and it was all good so i gave it a try. today our bernese Maddie went in to look at a lump on her face, the doctor seemed to genuinely care. We talked about alot that could benefit our dogs. And the vet visit didnt break the bank.
