The best in town.
I've been taking my dogs to Cascade Animal Clinic since I moved to the Monroe area over 15 years ago. All of the vets truly care for my 4 legged kids. They have always shown a great deal of care and compassion. When your vet gets down on the floor to greet your pets, it's an incredible thing. The vets and the staff are simply the best.
Cascade Animal Clinic is the best small animal clinic I have ever taken my animals to. The doctors are compassionate and extremely competent. They have the best diagnostic equipment. Dr Shawn took a digital X-ray of my little dog and you could see everything, even the organs. It was amazing. Come to Monroe! you and your pets will be so happy you did.
This is the review I wished I didn't have to write. My attempts to resolve this with the office manager, Shelly, were refused. With a heavy heart, I'm sharing our recent disappointing experience with Cascade Animal Clinic, our trusted vet for Romeo (13) and Rey (9) for nine years. I had to have my cat of 14 years euthanized as she was falling down and couldn’t walk anymore. When I got there they took me to a stinky room on side of building. She was scared and nervous. I let her out of cage and an Asian lady(don’t know name) put a towel around her. She was growling and stressed. I asked please have vet come in and give her a shot to calm her.
