Casita travel trailers are well made. The fiberglass shell completely encloses the camper. No rotten floors like what can occur in other makes. The parts and service people are polite and responsive.ย

We purchased a 2024 independence deluxe fully loaded all upgrades and grey bottom, we picked it up April 9th it was pouring rain they were super busy, we had Louis as our demonstrator who was great (I felt a little rushed especially on awning demonstration) he replaced out plug to solar panel package, and had our key pad door lock replaced immediately due to it wouldnโt work to set a code! We stayed 2 days close by the only issue we have found since leaving casita was thereโs a scratch on hinge on bathroom door, and I am OC...ย read more

Just came back from our first camping trip in our new 2022 LD - everything worked great! Shout out to our salesperson Harald Clemens - just a really nice guy who was professional and attentive from day one. Luis, who gave us our orientation walk through was great as well! Just a word about our pickup experience. From the beginning until the end, the staff was super attentive to our needs. From order to pick up, the experience was great. Carla did a flawless job of making sure we were up to date on the status of our order and answered many questions along the way. On pick up day, we were given an exterior walk-around to help us become familiar with our new trailer. Austin did a great job of explaining the operation and features of the Casita.ย
