Shady service department. Warranty only covers what they feel it should cost, not the actual invoice. That was after they agreed to pay and then "forgot" to send the check or even write a note in the system. You have to hound them for the warranty to be honored and then berate you for not following the process they didn't explain. Two emails, a phone message, and one pm on Facebook all unanswered. I guess I will start researching other small travel trailers. I don’t want to buy something then be completely unable to get responses if I have a problem.

We called Casita to inquire about prices and delivery times. As we were questioning the fact that a large part of the deposit was nonrefundable, the salesperson (Jonathan W.) hung up on us twice. Additionally, no one answered the main number after that... I definitely don’t recommend them, due to terrible customer service and a lack of professionalism.

We bought a new Casita 2019 Liberty deluxe planning a trip up north, two days out the refrigerator stopped working on a/c. The latch wasn’t working correctly and when we’d stop we found the door open. The furnace face fall off, the stove front fell off. And when we tried to use the heater it set the smoke alarm off. We couldn’t use our microwave either. We ended up returning home. Second trip out screws were backing out along the seating area. Aluminum rivets in the bathroom and around the stove broke.
