So excited to finally pick up our 17'Spirit Casita.We traveled all the way from Boise, Idaho to Rice,Texas. Friendly staff, Harold and Tim helped make us feel confident with our new toy. Spent nearly 3 hours explaining all its systems and features.Very important to us being Newbies to RV LIFE. Thanks.
Jonathan was a great help as we were guided through the purchase. Victor, our technical guide when we picked up our 17 SD was extremely patient and helpful as we were given detailed instruction on how to operate the Casita. Carla helped us through the check out process - friendly and knowledgeable. We made it through our first "camp out" in Stephenville TX without any mishaps! The Casita team is just awesome. From getting information on the phone to ordering to pick-up and orientation ... they were all great. Especially Harald, my salesman, and Victor who did my orientation! The tour of the factory is awesome!
We've had our Casita now for over a year and can vouch for its durability, along with its cuteness! Survived a hailstorm without a scratch while our brand new truck received over $3,000 worth of damage! Not one ding on our Casita, nor any other damage! In the cuteness category, people always stop and ask to see our Casita and marvel at how cute it is and are surprised to find out about the amenities it has! Yep!
